Beautiful Courchevel

Taking advantage of the last snow of the season, we have prepared a break in my favorite ski resort: Courchevel.
One advantage of spring skiing (when there is still snow) is that weather is less cold and days are longer and sunnier.
Here you have some pictures of our excursion to the top of the mountain, where we found an igloo and a cozy cabin. I was wearing a very comfortable woolen alpine red dress, with black boots trimmed with white fur, a Russian style fur hair band, and the “must-have” accesory... my Völkl skis =)

Houndstooth at Place des Victoires

fashion, fashion blog, fashion blogger, Paris, place des victoires, houndstooth, streetstyle, pata de gallo
In spring I like walking in the Place des Victoires. Near the Louvre, and behind the Cour d'Honneur this square and its surroundings, have become the new trend, an ideal place for a shopping afternoon, with stores like Maje, Zadig & Voltaire, Claudie Pierlot, Kenzo, Lamarthe .... In addition there are some fine bistros, where we can take lunch or make a pause for a coffee.
My outfit, a houndstooth pattern dress (at the matching bag), combined with a beautiful red coat (I love its color). Hope you all start your week with lots of energy!

Futuristic Pompidou

I love visiting the Centre Pompidou, the National Museum of Modern Art in Paris. In addition to its original architecture, and the incredible paintings of Picasso, Miró, Modigliani, Bacon (among others), it also offers some stunning views of Paris.
I was wearing a futuristic look, a universe pattern boots and clutch, black vinyl leggings, Pink Floyd t-shirt and maxi necklace of metallic flowers. Do you like the result?

The Little Black Jacket by Chanel

diana dazzling, fashion, fashion blog, fashion blogger, grand palais, chanel, the little black jacket, karl lagerfeld, Paris, streetstyle

I could not help but share with you the photos of the exhibition organized by Chanel along with Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld in the majestic Grand Palais in Paris.
Karl Lagerfeld is the photographer of all pictures, mostly in black and white, but some have also been produced in color sheets, in a pop-art way. I loved the exhibition, it's interesting to see how a garment may renew itself and be kept over the time. I choose a Chanel total look, but ... to be contradict Karl, my jacket was white;-)

Going Baroque

diana dazzling, fashion blog, fashion blogger, streetstyle, paris, arc du triomphe du carrousel, fashion, baroque, look barroco, barroco, outfit

A baroque look for a night in Paris. We took these pictures at the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, in front of the Louvre. In the background you can see the Place de la Concorde with its illuminated ferris wheel, and if we continue straight we would arrive the other Arc de Triomphe.
I fell in love with this peplum top with their golden baroque embroidery. I combined it with black pants, with a similar but discrete motif, and black and gold platform heels with ankle-gem. As accessories, a golden purse, gold and pearl bracelets, and to protect myself from the Parisian wind: leather gloves and a maroon ushanka. Do you like it?

I chose a fun rocker look, with gold sequins sports shorts , matching the square lights;  combined with a maxi sweatshirt with a tiger print, black bonnet, studded booties, a spiked bracelet and a Coach clutch , what do you think?

Van Gogh at Musée d’Orsay

diana dazzling, fashion blog, fashion blogger, Paris, musee d'orsay, van gogh, artaud

The Orsay Museum (Musée d’Orsay) has organized a special exhibition on Van Gogh through the  Antonin Artaud  essay: " Van Gogh, the man suicide by society " Through this retrospective madness and suicide of the Dutch painter is analyzed through the review of Artaud, who denounced psychiatry and proposed new visions and approaches to " madness " Like Van Gogh, Artaud was admitted in a psychiatric for nine years and he also committed suicide . Although the title and topic might frighten, it is a very interesting exhibition that set out what is " normal" , and to what extent should we be influenced by the dictates of society ; and shows how Van Gogh was a misunderstood genius, very advanced for its time.
Taking advantage of a sunny day in Paris, I opted for a spring look with this silk jacket / robe of Japanese inspiration which I love, combined with a black lingerie- top, beige shorts , pink ballerinas with strass , and green Lancel bag.
